Samuel Gesser a travaillé pour le label Folkways entre 1951 et 1964 et a rassemblé pendant cette période une collection de chansons traditionnelles canadiennes, venant de toutes les régions du pays. Il y a trois thèmes principaux : des chansons d'amour, des chansons historiques et des chants de travail et de loisirs. Livret en français et anglais. (ASDS)
