Des titres enregistrés pour le label américain indépendant fondé en 1971 par Kenneth Gamble et Leon Huff, "Philadelphia International Records". On retrouve dans cette anthologie des tubes et des artistes légendaires comme The Jacksons, The Ojay's, Teddy Pendergrass ou Harold Melvin. (CL)
