Matt Edwards aka Radioslave really needs little introduction to house and techno heads. You don't become the number one DJ on Resident Advisor for no reason really, do ya? His Fabric mix installment is long overdue by anyones reckoning, so expectation for something reaching near-perfection and with bags of universal appeal is rather high. Plucking a healthy load of current hits from his Rekids imprint and a few scoops from the Cabin Fever offshoot, Mr Slave crafts a very solid mix that rolls like a b*tch and kicks like one too, laying out 75 minutes of music that would have exactly the same effect were it dropped in Singapore, or Southampton. His skill lies in creating a sublimely tense yet fluidly effective groove, craftily drawing from the huge palette of his own tracks and Rekids numbers at his disposal. Expect the smoothest driving, rolling and tribal cuts from himself, Baeka, Michel Cleis, Brothers Vibe, Nina Kraviz, DJ Boola, Daniel Sanchez, 2000 & One and Nate Williams.
