Yitzhak Yedid, né en 1971 à Jérusalem, est un compositeur et pianiste israélien. Il incorpore des motifs traditionnels de la musique séfarade à la musique occidentale contemporaine. C'est son huitième enregistrements en 10 ans pour le label allemand "Between the Lines". Ce sont sept pièces de facture classique contemporaine pour quatuor à cordes sans piano. Les compositions sont interpretées par le Sapphire String Quartet.
